  • Conducting a comprehensive Gap Analysis of the organization’s status quo in accordance with ISO standards requirements.

  • Developing Quality Management, Environmental Management Standard, Health and Safety Management Standard, IT Service Management Standard, Information Security Management, Asset Management, Social Responsibility, Customer Satisfaction Systems within the organization in accordance with ISO Standards.
  • Building the organizational capacity to sustain and improve the Quality Management, Environmental Management Standard, Health and Safety Management Standard, IT Service Management Standard, Information Security Management, Asset Management, Social Responsibility, Customer Satisfaction Systems through specialized and certified training programs e.g; ISO Lead Assessor Course, Internal Auditing Course,…etc

  • Follow-up the implementation of ISO standard requirements to ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management, Environmental Management Standard, Health and Safety Management Standard, IT Service Management Standard, Information Security Management, Asset Management, Social Responsibility, Customer Satisfaction Systems.

  • Conducting a full Internal Audit Cycle to ensure the readiness of the organization to the Certification Audit.

  • Contract the Certification Body to conduct the Third Party Assessment of the Quality Management, Environmental Management Standard, Health and Safety Management Standard, IT Service Management Standard, Information Security Management, Asset Management, Social Responsibility, Customer Satisfaction Systems.
